Wonderful

Good facilities. Well located to main sites & good food options. Good indtructions & first day communications. Perhaps some better advice of close best cafe & restaurant options (too vague) would have helped as i checked in at dinner time. The washing machine was unusual addition that I was happy to make use of. Good to have a kitchenette too.

No advice on good quality cafes & restaurants.

The room is pretty decent with sufficient amenities and the host is helpful.

Location is quite conveniently located. There are a lot of small local eateries within walking distance. The flat is also away from the main road so the sound of traffic cannot be heard from the room.

The apartment is a little difficult to find at first but the directions given by the host helped. Although you cannot hear the traffic from the main road, you can still hear noises when other tenants come back or slam the main door.

Highly recommended!

I loved my stay here so much I extended it for another week. The room is even bigger and well-lit in person, with strong in-unit AC. There's 24/7 access to free drinking water and laundry downstairs. The building is located in a quiet back alley filled with families and local businesses, so I always felt safe in the area, even late at night as a solo female traveller. So many delicious restaurants within a 30 second walk! Lovely host, very easy to contact via WhatsApp. She helped me book an airport transfer, which was great because the driver was able to help me find the building when I arrived.

There's no elevator in the building, which was fine for me. There are up to 5 flights of stairs to your room, which might be difficult for some, especially while carrying a suitcase.

Wonderful

The location is good. It's walking distance to Little Tokyo, Saigon Book Street and the Central Post Office areas. It's back from the main street so quiet at night. Lots of dining options nearby. Washer and dryer if you need to wash clothes which is very convenient.

A very comfortable long term stay with all required amenities.

The place is relatively central with a lot of local food options and cafes in walking distance. Each room also has its own fridge and wifi. Having a dryer in addition to the washer is also very nice and you can find free drinking water on the first floor.

The higher floors can heat up quite a lot compared to the lower ones but you have an aircon in each room to help with that.

Friendly and helpful owner and nice room

It is clean, has everything you need like a fridge, microwave etc. Excellent location. Friendly and helpful owner who arranged a taxi from airport for us. We enjoyed our stay here.

Picture is a little bit deceiving size wise - it’s not a big room. But that was ok for us!

The room was spacious and clean and has everything I need. Happy to have the table, iron, fridge and good wardrobe space. Washing machine and dryer was so useful. Location is good too, lots of yummy food and cafes nearby.

Loved staying here!

The room was very spacious, equipped with everything we needed. The A/C worked perfect, bed was comfortable. We were allowed to wash our clothes in the waching machine for free, which was a big bonus for us. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Also the location was really good! All in all we felt very comfortable and would recommend staying here!

Very good

Nothing special, but a correct room, clean, with an electric kettle and a microwave oven. The little street may seem disturbing for first sight, but everything is close, and one can easily find a place to drink a morning cafe/eat dinner.

No elevator to the upper floors, small bathroom

Clean place in nice neighborhood

Clean and quiet place with hot shower and great wifi. We stayed here during TET holiday and the location was great: local area with plenty of cheap restaurants nearby (outside tourist area). I don’t know if it was because of TET, but we didn’t see any staff during the 6 days that we stayed (only 1 time housekeeping so we could pay our room). Before check-in we received clear directions about how we could find the apartment and how to get the key.

The Airco wasn’t very strong. We stayed at the fifth floor and it was hot in the room. Unfortunately the room didn’t get cold. Some cockroaches at the entrance.

this is an amazing hostess, so attentive and caring. A big advantage in this place is the presence of a washing machine and dryer. Definitely recommend to everyone who wants to spend time in Ho Chi Minh not expensive and with service.

A Cute Homey Stay

It felt like home, like my own room so when I stayed there I had less trouble adjusting. The owner was nice and she really maintained cleanliness of the place. I would love to stay here again next time since I'm planning to visit Vietnam again this year.

There's no elevator so I had trouble with carrying my luggage. The location is also a little troublesome because you it is located inside a narrow street. You really have to walk and search for the place because taxis or cars cannot go inside.

Cheap place but a lot of issues

It’s close to major attractions, Notre Dames cathedral, presidential palace, central post office, turtle roundabout, book street, major shopping malls and excellent food options.

There’s no elevator. it’s difficult to carry luggages up to 5th floor. No one to help with luggage. Very difficult to find the house. we received directions from the hostess, but taxi driver still dropped us off at incorrect location. Bed is hard. Shower and wash basin are in the same area. So, if you take a shower, the whole bathroom is wet. Horrible traffic jam coming in at 7:00 pm from airport.

Apartment was clean and regularly cleaned, appliances are working and quite new, it is close to all the citys attractions and local food shops.

The bed mattress is quite hard. The room could be shown to other people interested in rent while you stay there

ohh man i spent 1 hour to find it out in the narrow streets to of the zone 1. is very confusing to find the street at first!!!
